Stiletto Fitness - NJ workouts are broken down into intensive cardio vascular warm-ups, following with toning sessions, several strengthening exercises, dances and choreographies.                  With all the strutting, spinning and hair whipping this dance workout uses major muscle groups while improving balance and coordination.                                                                        Class is targeted toward women, no matter what your age, shape or size! Get ready to strut your stuff while experiencing a high energy workout.                                                                     It is recommended to start in sneakers if your have not dance in heels, as you need to strengthen these muscles before! SAFETY FIRST!                                                                                    Life is short!
