In case you have not been aware, we have a big presence in a new
facebook group which we recommend joining for anyone interested in
Ballroom Dancing. This group is intended to be an open and friendly
forum for all Ballroom Dancers and their parents. We have many topics
being discussed, from difference in education between Russia and US,
where to find shoes, tailors, costumes to ways you can improve your or
your child's dancing, and a recent discussion about costumes/syllabus
restrictions on USA Dance and NDCA competitions.The group is getting
popular and we have many competition-organizers, judges, coaches as well

- Sunday, January 29th - Seminar with Benito Garcia
- Benito Garcia - was
a finalist at the US and World Mambo Championships and is a Rising Star
as well as Fred Astaire American Rhythm Champion. He has appeared on
Broadway in the musical "Swing!" and "The Last Mambo." Benito
is very well known in the ballroom dance world as someone who has a
unique talent for teaching expression while dancing. His fresh approach
and innovative teaching methods have made him a very sought-out coach
all over the country. Don't miss this opportunity, join us for this
special seminar. This seminar is open for members and non-members of Ballroom Dream Team.
- Saturday, February 18th at 6pm - Talent Show (note: new date)
- showcase your talents of acting, drawing, singing,
dancing, martial arts, rapping, hip-hoping, playing an instrument (we
have piano at the studio), comedy act and other activities to showcase a
unique form of talent!
- Bring your friends, family, classmates, neighbors, anyone you like!
- We will have professional Hip-Hop/Street Funk showcase by John Barrella and his crew performing for us.
- Entrance is $10 per adult. All
kids, teenagers and performers are free.
- Light refreshments will be served.
- Please let us know ahead of time what number you going to showcase
